We offer single tubers, tuber clumps and rooted cuttings. Single tubers are grown here on our farm in Montana, either harvested from a previously purchased tuber or rooted cuttings. Rooted cuttings are harvested from our own stock, rooted out and meticulously cared for until they reach maturity. Tuber Clumps are imported from our wholesale supplier, and are grown in Holland.
All farm grown tubers are believed to be free of virus and any other pathogen that may affect their growing capabilities. They are inspected, laser etched and given a serial number for quality control. If you have an issue with a farm grown tuber, please take a photo showing the etched serial number and name, and we will happily come to a resolution for you. We must be able to identify that the tuber came from our farm.
Rooted cuttings are harvested from tuber stock that is believed to be free of virus and any other pathogen. If you have an issue with a rooted cutting, please take a photo and we will immediately resolve the issue at hand.
All imported (tuber clump) tubers are imported, and their health status is generally unknown. While they are inspected before shipment, we can't promise that there are not underlying health conditions that are out of our control. Growers are well aware that imported tubers are affected with higher percentages of crown and leafy gall, as well as a multitude of viruses'. Given that this is common knowledge, and since we offer the clumps at a substantial discount, we do not offer refunds or replacements for these products. Buyer takes full risk when purchasing a clump.
