Raw Dairy Informed End Consumer Agreement

All Purchasers Must Add the following to their Cart, Sign the following agreement and Checkout before their raw dairy service will begin. 

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I am an “Informed End Consumer” of this raw dairy product. I understand that an informed end consumer is the final purchaser of the product, does not intend to resell the product, and voluntarily chooses to consume products with known and potential risks associated with raw or unregulated food products.

I understand and voluntarily assume all known and potential health risks associated with consuming raw dairy products. I acknowledge that bacteria or other pathogenic (disease-causing) microorganisms may be present in raw milk, including but not limited to Campylobacter jejuni, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, and E. coli O157:H7. I further understand that illnesses including tuberculosis, brucellosis (undulant fever), and Q fever have been associated with raw milk consumption. I understand these pathogens and illnesses may result in serious illness, injury, or death.

I understand that certain individuals, including pregnant women, young children, the elderly, and immunocompromised persons, may face increased health risks from consuming raw dairy products.

I understand and acknowledge that this product has not been licensed, permitted, certified, packaged, labeled, or inspected pursuant to governmental food regulations and is being obtained by me as an informed end consumer.

I voluntarily accept full responsibility for the safe transport, refrigeration, storage, and handling of products after pickup or delivery from Lovenwater Farm refrigeration or cooling systems. I understand that improper handling or storage may increase risks associated with consumption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase and consumption of these products and release Lovenwater Farm, its owners, affiliates, employees, and subsidiaries from claims arising from ordinary risks associated with raw dairy consumption, handling, storage, or use.

Lovenwater Farm reserves the right to cancel membership privileges or product orders at any time and may issue full or partial refunds at its sole discretion.
