Bartzella Peony is a hybrid Itoh peony, celebrated for its sunny yellow, semi- to fully double blooms with a soft citrus fragrance. Each bloom is generously sized and may feature faint reddish flares near the center, adding a touch of depth and interest.
This vigorous and long-lasting variety blooms in late spring to early summer, often producing 20–30 blooms per mature plant. Bartzella combines the strong stems and lush foliage of tree peonies with the die-back-and-return habit of herbaceous peonies.
Bare roots tubers are sold in 3-5 eyes.
