• $7 per pound (hanging weight)

• $100 butcher fee

• Butcher date of April 15th, 2025.

Average Hanging Weight:

• You can expect to receive approximately 50 to 60 lbs of hang weight.

• Leg of lamb

• Shoulder roast
  

• Chops

• Stew meat

• Ground lamb

Remainder of purchase due on set butcher date- approximately $350-400 total.

A 1/2 lamb will also be made available with a reservation.
