Organic Pork

Our Certified Organically Fed Pork was raised with the same Lovenwater standard our Beef is. No vaccines, no antibiotics, no corn, no soy, and no canola. They lived their lives rooting around and tilling our nutrient dense soil, drinking gallons of our fresh spring well water and the enjoyed copious amounts of our own Jersey milk and whey. We specifically purchased a Duroc cross, as these boys were raised for our first offerings of Organic, No nitrate Italian Prosciutto and Coppa.
