By checking this box, I understand that I am now considered an "Informed End Consumer" of this Raw product. An informed end consumer is classified as someone who has complete comprehension of the risks associated with consuming such product and is the last person to purchase the product and does not plan to resell.  Informed End Consumer Terms and Conditions.

I understand potential health hazards associated with raw dairy products. I understand that bacteria or other pathogenic (disease-causing) microorganisms can be found in raw milk, including: Campylobacter jejuni, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, and E. coli 0157:H7. In addition, tuberculosis, undulant fever, and Q fever can be contracted from consuming raw milk. I understand these pathogens can cause serious illness or death.

Also, I understand that this product has not been licensed, permitted, certified, packaged, labeled, or inspected per any official regulations.
